Basic Step-by-Step installation for IP Camera
1. Put the IP camera program CD (come with the box package) to
your CD-ROM.
2. The CD will guide you to a installation menu. Click
"IPEdit" in order to install the program.
3. Press "Next".
4. then Press "Finish" for finishing the install.
5. Connect the CAT5/CAT6 cable with the RJ45 adapter and power
adapter to the camera. Then connect the other end of the CAT5/CAT6
cable to the router. (Use the blue cable if the camera connect to
the router. Use the gred cable if the camera connect to the computer
directly)
6. Press the "IPEdit" on your desktop.

7. Press "Update" to detect the new installed camera.

8. Click once on the IP address of the camera.

9. Click on the "Wizard" to setup the camera.

10. Select the network interface for your own network. (Usually
select both)
11. The connection type of the network. (Usually DHCP if you will
not use LAN)
12. E-mail notify by the camera when the camera's IP is changed.
(Leave blank if this feature is not needed)
13. Click "WEP Setting" if your wireless router do have WEP
settings. (Skip 14 if your router not have WEP setting)

14. Three options of WEP is avaible in this setting area.
15. The WLAN settings. (Usually is Static IP)
16.You can assign a IP address for the camera.
(please make sure the IP you
assign to the camera is not using by any of other computer or
device)

17. Press "Finish" (You can also change the other settings in
this page)

18. Then you will see one more camera has been detected. Please
allow at least 10 sec. for the camera change the internal settings.
Actually this is the new IP address for using wireless. Double click
on the new IP address can go to the administration page of the
camera.
19. This is the administration page for the camera. Most of the
settings can be modified in this page
20. Once the wireless setting is done, the physical network cable
can be unplugged.
