• How do I update the firmware on my camera?

Please download the latest firmware from:

http://www.bluwireless.com/downloads.html

To update the firmware, go to "Configuration > System". At the bottom of the page, you'll see:

Click on "Firmware Update".

Hit "Browse" and choose the firmware bin file that you downloaded.

Then hit "Upload".

Wait for the camera to update the firmware. It will reset itself in 60 seconds.
*The camera will be reset to factory default after the firmware upgrade.
