• I have a dynamic IP address. Is there any way to keep only one address even if the IP address changes?

There is a free redirect service: http://www.dyndns.org/

After you register, it will provide you a dynamic address, such as http://yourname.dyndns.org/
You can type in this address instead of your IP address.

There are several ways to update the address:

1. By a program.

2. By your router (must have the updated firmware):

3. By your camera:

Go to the DDns section ("Configuration > DDns").

Press the "Submit" button to update.
